All our Staff are dedicated to the personal care of each & every detail of this celebratory experience. All food is prepared fresh to order by our Executive Chef, Glenn Schmitt. with their vast experience in the culinary art for over 25 years they are able to accommodate any of your requests for dishes not listed on our menu.

Award Winning Cuisine by Chef Glenn Schmitt
Fine Dining featuring an extensive wine list and a full bar. Romantic al fresco dining and three casually elegant dining rooms are available for dining and private parties. Reservations recommended.
BAMBOO ROOM 60/seated dining; 75/cocktail reception; 75/theater style. The adjoining outdoor Fountain Courtyard is excellent for a pre-dinner cocktail hour.
SHELL ROOM 30/seated dining; 50/cocktail reception; 50/theatre-style. The Poolside Patio is a beautiful space for a pre-dinner outdoor cocktail hour.
SHELL ROOM AND HIBISCUS ROOM may be combined for larger events.

The Caribbean Court offers a variety of settings for unique and impressive events including weddings, family reunions, small business conferences, seminars, breakfasts and luncheons. Whether you choose one of our lushly landscaped outdoor venues or an elegant and romantic indoor space, your event will be sure to impress. You may reserve the entire hotel (18 guest rooms) or as many rooms as needed to provide your group with convenience, privacy, and a truly unique destination.
TENTED VENUES FOR LARGE PARTIES: EAST TERRACE Brick-paved area adjoins the hotel’s South Building. Ideal for weddings, galas, luncheons and dinner parties. Accommodates up to 275/seated dining; up to 350/cocktail receptions.
WEST TERRACE Brick-paved area adjacent to the hotel and restaurants, larger in area than the East Terrace. Accommodates up to 375/seated dining; 450/ cocktail receptions.
ADDITIONAL OUTDOOR VENUES FOR SPECIAL EVENTS: FOUNTAIN COURTYARD A lushly landscaped private outdoor area adjacent to the pool and Maison Martinique Restaurant. One of Hotel’s most popular locales for entertaining. Accommodates up to 25/seated dining; 50/cocktail receptions.
POOLSIDE PATIO The tiki-lit pool deck can be configured to accommodate up to 50/outdoor seated dining; 75/cocktail receptions.
THE FOUNTAIN COURTYARD AND POOLSIDE PATIO areas may be combined to accommodate up to 100/seated diners; 150/cocktail receptions.
